Coffee & Cigarettes to get thin?

Get fucked. Why even bother? Eat well, exercise in moderation. Why kill your insides while trying to look good on the outside? It won’t stick and your breath will stink.

Since I have been on this journey, I have given up smoking and limit how much coffee I drink. How can you even exercise properly when you are smoking a million cigarettes a day to curb your appetite? Its pointless.

Finally cracked 57KG…

I was stuck on 60Kg for so long, then stuck on 58KG for so long. FINALLY. Its taken me 10 months to healthily lose 10 KG, its a great feeling knowing it will stay off.
